31 year-old Beyonce is gracing the cover of Vogue magazine for a second time, as (according to Bey) she "Rules The World" on latest March Power 2013 issue of Vogue.
The Destiny's Child lead singer was photographed by famed photog Annie Leibovitz, who wrapped up the shoot back in December 2012, for the glossy fashion magazine.
The magazine is set to release details about her spread and photos in the upcoming week/s.
