After head-butting ex-wife Evelyn Lozada and getting arrested last year, still unemployed baller Chad "Javon" Ochocinco is currently being sued by the coconut water company called, "ZICO" for making them look bad by being the spokesperson for their company and damaging their product sales.
According to the lawsuit filed by Zico Beverages LLC in Los Angeles Superior Court today, says it struck a deal with Chad in July 2012, for him to be a "Positive Spokesperson."
In the docs, Zico says part of the deal was that Chad was to "refrain from engaging in any conduct that reflects unfavorably upon Zico."
TMZ reports, one month after the deal was made, the baller was arrested for domestic violence, (August 11, 2012), and fired from the Miami Dolphins the next day.
Zico says the incident received "significant negative publicity" and therefore damaged their reputation. The company says it decided to terminate Chad's agreement for breach of contract--and asked for all their money back....but Chad refused.
Now, Zico is suing for 40,886.76 in damages.
