WSHH claims that Ochocinco has no grounds for his case because they were under the impression the tape was being sold by the legal owner. At the end, it will be the courts decision and one thing is for sure, this will definitely be a lengthy and rather expensive legal case.

Ochostinko is reaching...he leaked the tape to attempt to gain relevancy, aside from being known as the guy who got fired from everything on his day off. He and Ev are publicity stunt queens, can't wait for their 15 minutes to end
