This past week, Queens rapper Nas was hospitalized for Vertigo and released on best rest in which he canceled his scheduled performance on "Live With Kelly & Michael," early this morning.
The 39 year-old rapper announced the news on-air that he was in the hospital for Vertigo (a balance disorder and results in light headed-ness and dizziness along with side effects from nausea and vomiting) after a recent flight.
The rapper also dropped by the Angie Martinez show last night, where he talks about his relationship with ex-wife Kelis and daughter Destiny along with his new album (the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed "Life is Good")
