Just after a year since Drake dissed NBA star Kobe Bryant on Rick Ross' "Stay Schemin" track and Kobe's wife Vanessa Bryant going on a instagram rant responding to the YMCMB rapper's comments, Drizzy has finally come forward with an apology via text message.
Vanessa, who went on a rant two days ago, has revealed that she “received a text of apology forwarded from [Drake’s] manager,” over the song. “It’s done and over with and it’s time for people to honestly THINK before speaking.”
And if you are unsure what the beef was about, let me get you up to speed!.. On the track, Drake takes a shot at Vanessa for filing for divorce from Bryant last year and threatening his fortune.
“Kobe ’bout to lose a hundred fifty Ms / Kobe my n*gga, I hate it had to be him / B*tch you wasn’t with me shooting in the gym / B*tch you wasn’t with me shooting in the gym.”According to RumorFlix, If you haven’t figured it out, “b*tch” is code for Vanessa Bryant … and “150 Ms” is code for the $150 million Vanessa was reportedly looking to score in a divorce settlement with her hubby.
