Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, unsigned NFL player and star of the infamous Ochocinco sex tape has filed a lawsuit against WorldStarHipHop and MediaTakeOut for allegedly distributing footage of his tape online without his permission.
According to reports the sites have now removed the footage following Chad's cease-and-desist letters.
