Early this morning, 25 year-old Kansas City Chief lineback Jovan Belcher shot his baby mama/girlfriend Kasandra Perkins after an heated argument over a Trey Songz concert the night before, in which he later committed suicide at the Arrowhead practice facility.
The panty-dropper singer is now responding to the brutal--yet sadden incident via Twitter by saying:
"I don't delete tweets, nor am I insensitive to death. I had no knowledge of the murder/suicide incident until now and even still...
As sad as it may be, it has nothing to do with me. Sending prayers up to the families and friends of the people involved."
The former couple leaves behind a three-month old baby girl.
