After threatening to find the person's responsible for the release of his sex-tape and contacting the FBI for help because the tape was hacked from phone, unemployed Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is now using his attorney's to hand out cease and desist letters.
So far, C&D letter's have been sent out to Worldstarhiphop and Myvidster to have the video removed, according to GWL sources.
Sources close to Chad tells TMZ the sites removed the video after they received the letter from his attorney's..which stated the tape was stolen property and didn't have the right to publish it.
Plus, Chad's attorneys are now taking aim at several other smaller websites that have posted still images from the sex tape--- and they are threatening legal action against any sites that refuse to pull the material.
