The 'Turn Up The Music' singer, who is performing at Supafest this weekend, was enjoying a night out at Kings Cross hotspot, Ballroom, when security guards began confiscating phones from fans and partygoers who attempted to take photos of the singer. More details below..............
"They were his personal security guards and were watching for anyone with a camera phone," a guest told Australia's Daily Telegraph.
"If they saw someone taking a picture they just took the phone and deleted any photos and handed it back, telling them Chris was not to be photographed."
While Chris' reps at Sony Music refused to comment on the situation, Backroom owner David Freeman said: "It was a private party for Chris and his friends and the rules were no photos."
